Recent and Pinned not available in omnichannel customer service workspace

Hi all,

I am used to Dynamics having a "Recent" and "Pinned" area under "Home".

I'm now working with Omnichannel (Customer Service workspace). They are not available.

If I look in the preview editor of the model driven app, they are set to "Show Recent" and "Show Pinned". Though nothing is shown.

I want this:

Any idea how to do this and if it is even possible?

Hi EdgeB,

Yes, I also could see "Recent" and "Pinned" area in editor.

However, the areas are available when I enter the app(The same as yours).
