Customer Voice no access permission

Hi!

We are using D365 Marketing and Customer Voice. However, if I try to access the app under customervoice.micosoft.com it states that I have no permission.

My question: Do I need to configure andy specific security roles? Or do I need to add a license to a user since I thought every D365 Marketing user automatically receives access to customer voice.

I am aware that there is the project owner security role, yet this is for the surveys and the environments I cant event access the application.

    Hi,

    If you open up the Dynamics environment that the Customer Voice Project is tied to, then navigate to settings > security > users > open up the affected user > click drop down next to name > select security roles > manage roles > assign the role "Project Owner" to the user to see if that resolves the permission error.
