We are getting the following error? after we pass credentials.  We are running tenant restrictions, however I believe that is not the issue here.  Stumped??

Can someone lookup Service Request Id: a2bdae88-c2b9-449d-ad25-daafcfe4e004 ?

    Hey Rich,

    Thanks for reaching Dynamics community. Is the user a guest Azure AD user on Dynamics 365 tenant?

    Please try to clear temporary internet files or use an incognito window to see if this allows the affected user to log on.

    For IE :: Hit F12 to open the Developer Tools, click Cache and Delete session cookie, do the same for cookies.

    If this is for the new users who have been recently assigned D365 license ::

    I would request you to check if there exists a contact with the same email as Primary Email if yes, change the existing contact and reassign the licence to the user.

    Check if there are any customization like workflow/plugin which triggers on the user entity. If yes, examine their logic carefully and if required disable them temporarily.
