Hi,
I'm trying to create a workflow to send an email to our support team indicating that a new case has been created. The problem I have is that some of the dynamic values are not pulling the information from the case - Account (Customer), Contact (Name and email).
This is the Flow:

This is the result:

Ideally, all we want to see, is the Contact (Name and Email) and Account (Customer) accoiciated with that case
