Send email when case is created using dynamic values

Hi,

I'm trying to create a workflow to send an email to our support team indicating that a new case has been created. The problem I have is that some of the dynamic values are not pulling the information from the case - Account (Customer), Contact (Name and email). 

This is the Flow:

Ideally, all we want to see, is the Contact (Name and Email) and Account (Customer) accoiciated with that case

    Hi CharlG,

    You need more Get a row by ID components to retrieve 

    1. Name and Email from contact by using Contact (Value)
    2. Customer from the account by using Customer (Value)

    to allocate these dynamics values in the email.

    Hi Abdul,

    Thank you for such a quick response!

    I tried the following:

    • Add two more 'Get a row by ID' steps, one with Contact (Value) and one with Customer (Value)
    • Added Contact (Value) and Customer (Value) within the one 'Get a row by ID' .

    Both of these failed :(

    Can you please give me an example of the flow?

    I tried this with the Customer value first but it output a number instead - see below output
