Unable to update the sales tax settlement that has already been created for the period in AX 2012 for Malaysia

Hello All,

One of the User has posted the Sales tax settlement accidentally and I'm unable to update it, please guide me to force update the sales tax settlement.

When I click Yes the result is as follows :

    Hi,

    Please check your GL parameters. If I remember it correctly then this is a setup related issue.

    Maybe you can share them?

    Hi,

    Can you test taking out the special report- include corrections parameter?

    Once that is done, run the periodic tax settlement job again and you should have different options to select from.

    Have you tested removing the parameter and tried running the settlement again?

    Sorry for delay in reply..

    We have tried with your suggestion and we got below message:

    We also tried with Latest Corrections, as we don't have any postings done in that month after we calculated Sales tax, Latest corrections is empty.

    Hi Shiva Kumar,

    I would have expected that the 'latest corrections' option catches all tax transactions that have not been settled before.

    Do you still have those transactions sitting on the tax accounts or have all the tax accounts be settled for June 2017?
