CSS in CRM is not loading for all users

Hi,

We have a CSS that was created an deployed for all CRM users. It works perfectly for everyone apart from a couple of users.

I have tried using different browsers, changing the CSS slightly and logged onto their accounts on different machines but the CSS is still the default one.

Any ideas on what could be causing this please?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Kriss

I'd make sure you've cleared any local internet files on their machines (they may have some configuration in a roaming profile that means that trying different machines may still use cached files). Also check if they're connecting through a proxy (as a proxy can also cache files). After that I'd try using a tool like Fiddler to check if the browser is actually requesting the CSS file

Thanks for your reply, David. I will try this and let you know if it works.
