Translation is not publishing to the form/screen

Hello Community,

I translated custom fields in the Dev and imported the same solution to Test. I can see Translated valu correctly mpoved frm Dev to Test with the solution. But its not displaying the right translation on the form. 

E.g: Email in Translation file.
