Token renewal operation failed due to timeout..

Hello -- does anyone know how to correct this issue?  I am trying to export to Excel, and I am getting an "Authentication error".  I logged out and try to log back in... however I am getting the error message "token renewal operation failed due to timeout...

Your suggestions will be much appreciated!!!

    Thank you so much Marco.

    It varies... sometimes is all users.  The last instance, only one user could not open the work in Excel.

    Hello,

    Does this happen for all users or just one user (your user account only) that is trying to do this? Does Open in Excel work or is this about Edit in Excel only? It does sound like this is something that you need to report to your CSP so they can file a support request to Microsoft so we can take a closer look at your specific configuration / tenant. Please ensure the CSP also add the tenant ID (businesscentral.dynamics.com/<<tenantID>> to the support request.

    Hello,

    Is this D365 BC OnPrem or is this D365 BC hosted by Microsoft (SaaS version).

    When working OnPrem, we do have this page:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../troubleshooting--saml2-token-not-valid-because-validity-period-ended

    It should be set to 9 (hours).
