MICROSOFT DYNAMICS CRM CERTIFICATION - ADVICE NEEDED

I have searched through the forum but no one has been able to give a direct answer

I work as a CRM BA and everything I know I have taught myself

However, my goals for 2015 is to get to the next level. I am not a developer but I want to be a CRM Master,

So can someone please advice me on the certification to go for?...should I do 2011 certification or 2013 and I know 2015 is also here! Which ones? So confused! I live in the UK.

    Hi Dynamicchic,

    Unless you work for a end user that is currently using 2011 or 2013 I wouldn't waste my time studying to take exams for old software.

    I would do this:

    1. Join CRMUG - there is a chapter in the UK, start the CRM administrator black belt training course and others. http://www.crmug.com/home

    2. Participate in the CRMUG Colloborate forum.

    3. This exam for 2015 Applications is currently available, more are coming - www.microsoft.com/.../exam-mb2-704.aspx

    Note, you will need to learn about the features in 2011 and 2013 that are different then 2015 but there is no getting around that.

    I would study for the crm 2013 customization and config exam and then perhaps the extending crm 2013.

    The reason I say study Crm2013 exam is

    You can study and take the exam right now, it will probably be a few months before crm 2015 is released.

    Crm 2013 is very similar to crm 2015

    You will get experience with crm 2013, which will be useful.

    I wouldn't study fo crm 2011 exam, you will not get as much benefit as studying crm 2013
