
Looking at the new update - Mail Merge is gone. It's saying that there will be Word Templates but the issue is we depend on these mail merges and it will take us significantly longer to get projects done if we don't have the same abilities as we do now. Does anyone know what exactly these Word Templates and their functionality is?
Mail merge had many limitations and was cumbersome to use. Instead the new Word Templates functionality can be used.

Check comparison also to see what is difference between Mail Merge and Word templates. You should still be able to get the same functionality.
