Don't know that this is the case. Dynamics CRM Online is in the cloud which means it utilizes processing power from servers from all Microsoft's datacenters in the world. If you want to control where your data is stored go for Dynamics CRM partner hosted (a UK partner then) or Dynamics CRM on premises
I believe that in Europe that Microsoft use their data centers in Dublin and Amsterdam
The EMEA data center is in Dublin. There is not a data center in Amsterdam.
