Where is this Feature: Enable resource management integration?

Hello, I see this new feature was due to be available from 09/23, but I can't find it in Features or anywhere else in Finance (10.0.38). Does anyone know where to find this or how to set it up?

Thanks, but according to the documentation, this integration only relates to skills & certificates.

I need the Leave & absence information from HR module, as detailed in the 'Enable resource management integration' feature.
