Report: debit and credit and offset amount on same line

Dear all,

I want to make a report where the debit and credit amounts and the offset account are on the same line. See the screenshot as example.

When I look in the table GENERALJOURNALACCOUNTENTRY each debit and credit amount has his own line. There is also a problem that I am not able to link the debit and credit cause the GENERALJOURNALENTRY field of a JOURNALID are all the same.

Anyone an idea to get this done? I have searched the forum but I cannot find an answer. There is a standard Ledger transaction list report there are the amounts also separate.
