We have 100 users logging in to GP through citrix and we are not using outlook from the home page but I will like to be able to use that feature as well as to have the outlook be able to be use for the sending of invoices and faxes( we use right fax integrated with outlook)
Maybe this is simple, maybe not, but right now outlook is install in a generic way, no accounts come up or nothing, so the single installation that everybody is accesing in the citrix server doesn't show any outlook acccounts.
I guess what I want is for ea user to be able to see there inbox roght from the homepage in Dynamics and for Material Management to send the invoices right from the aplication itself.
