Automatically creating 2 folders within a Contact's sharepoint folder

Hello, we have our Contact entity connected to Sharepoint, and each contact gets a folder. However, it would be nice to have folders within this folder, such as "Folder A" and "Folder B." Is it possible to automatically have 2 folders get set up to exist within each Contacts folder? And would there be an easy way from within Dynamics to set a default folder, either Folder A or B, and then switch between the two as needed. Thank you in advance for any insights.

    Hi Ben,

    Yes. 

    When you initially access the documents subgrid a new folder is automatically created – accompanied by a record in SharePointDocumentLocation table. This record is the glue that ties the SharePoint folder to a specific record in Dataverse. The referenced record is saved in the RegardingObjectId.

    But if you want to create sub folders in SharePoint, you need do some customizations.
