Hi All,
How to hide Process button and Relationship button in Contact and Account entity's form the users who are not System Administrator.mentioned in Image below.

You can use Ribbon Workbench tool to edit the ribbon.
Steps:
1. Download the tool from the link - www.develop1.net/.../ribbonworkbench.aspx
2. Import the solution in CRM
3. Create new solution containing contact and account entity
4. Edit the ribbon using ribbon workbench tool. Write display rules and enable it.

The other answers only say use Ribbon Workbench, which isn't that helpful because this particular button has no label, so it's difficult to find. It's beside the "Close" button.
