How do I increase page size or font in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations?

    Hope it's okay if I interject.
     
    Changing of fonts is a no-go by means of customizations, you will never be able to change all fonts unless you do some really nasty things. If it is critical, then F&O is just a website, and there are plenty of add-ins that can change website fonts.
      
    If you need to change the size, you have two options under user-options. Here you can also add high-visibility mode (the black/white square).
