Is any one know in dynamics 365, how the download jobs are working, its always showing available status instead of applied.
what are the necessary steps to check for resolving this problem.
If your Jobs are not getting applied check whether "Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations Batch Management Service" service is running or not If this service is not started the jobs will not run and synchronization jobs will cue up in the download sessions.
