How to disable export to word and excel in rdlc report

Hi All,

Is this possible to disable the export to word and excel option in printing a RDLC Report and how can we achieve this for a custom report, if anyone knows suggest me how to do it. Thanks for your advice.

Hi All,

Is it possible for disabling the export to word and export to excel options in the request page of a report, if it is possible can anyone help me how to do it for disabling those options, thanks in advance.

Hi, If it is an On-Pre version, this can be disabled in the Instance settings. But for the SaaS version, unfortunately, we cannot set it up.

Also, although this only disables some functionality, you can try the following permission sets.

Hi YUN ZHU,

In Saas version we cannot remove the export to word option for a particular reports, through permission sets we can do this for all the reports, is this right Yun zhu, thanks for your advice, this helps me a lot.
