Is there any way to disable this feedback form for the users? We tried all the possible ways suggested earlier in some threads but could not find any luck.
Not that I'm aware and I agree, on an Enterprise platform that is being paid for I would not expect to get surveys pop up, if it was free or supported by ads then fair enough.

https://www.xrmtoolbox.com should have a tool called organization settings editor which will allow in depth changes which you can not normally access it may allow this

I have not tested this, but I think I found something relevant for this question.
There exists a ClientUEIPDisabled setting under support.microsoft.com/.../orgdborgsettings-tool-for-microsoft-dynamics-crm-20a10f46-2a24-a156-7144-365d49b842ba that appears to be configurable, pertaining to sending customer experience feedback on an organization level.
I was able to find this setting using the "Org Settings" tool in XrmToolBox.
