Is it fine to directly upgrade from MS Dynamics GP 2010 or 2013 to MS Dynamics GP 2016 or does it need to be upgraded to 2015 first?

Hi,
You do not need to upgrade to 2015 first. You cannot upgrade to GP 2016 directly from GP 2010, you'll need to go to GP 2013 first. Microsoft's upgrade path is as follows:
