MS CRM 2015 Advanced Find does not work anymore.

Hi,

My problem is about Advanced Find in Ms Crm 2015. The advanced find window opens. However when i press the Results button. The message occurs and it says Connection Loss. How can i solve this. Is it about the database MsCrmConfig. Is this about crmticket key,is this aboyt windows updates. etc. etc. The Crm server (app and sql) uses windows server 2012 R12. This problem occur in every view.

Can anyone help me please? This is very serious problem for me and for my company.

    Yes ı tried this in another browser. Nothing changed. The error continues. Do you think that this problem is about the windows update than changes the crmticketkey in the mscrmconfig database?In this database how many crmticketid s exists?

    According to you, If i change the mdf database file which has no problem of MSCRM_CONFIG datbase , wit this solve my problem?

    Hi,

    at this point, you should open a Support Ticket by Microsoft.

    Did you try in an other web browser?

    I did everything that you told. But nothing changed. Any idea about this?

    Hi,

    Can you please check following-

    1. Go to IIS app pool check the user and login with same user with CRM async server and reset all the CRM services.

    2. Login into DB server check any error you are getting using SQL profiler, reset SQL server services.

    3. Reset IIS and restart all the server .

    Yes it is happening for all user login and every entity.

    I checked the trace formder logs, server evenet viewer logs. In the logs :

    2.Crm Exception: Message: CrmKey With Id = 8ac2ccd3-b36c-e811-811b-0050569f5bd0 Does Not Exist, ErrorCode: -2147220969

    Test Log:

    etc etc.

    I did something renew the crm keys , also re-entered the crm product ken in crm deployment managar. I also saw the 3 crm ticket key is in the mscrmConfig databasa and two of the are expired.

    I have a backup of MscrmConfig database (mdf file). Should ı change the mscrmconfig database with the backup.

    I do not know to do. Anyone help me please. My company and i, we are in a big trouble.

    Hi ,

    Is it happening for all user login  and every entity?

    Could you  please check  CRM server event viewer application log , might  be you will get log there. By the way any changes happen during days in the server or DB server?

    Also try to enable trace  And check trace logs.
