When the Planning is executed, NAV verifies the inventory for an item in a location.

Our problem is that within the location, there are several locations, including a location for NCR rejects.

How can the planning be run for these items, while only looking for the good part inventory, and skipping the bin for NCR parts

I'm sorry, can you tell me what you mean by planning being executed? What process or report?
You indicate within a location you have other locations, I think you meant bins, right?

you could add a bin filter to exclude the bins for ncrs bin <>xyz
