I am attempting to run a report, however I cannot edit the variables that I need to in order to run the report.
I was told that this error has been fixed in the past by clearing my cache, it has not fixed the issue.
Note in the image that the drop down menus cannot be edited. I have been using this system for a few weeks now, and it was working up until a few days ago. I have tried clearing everything I can think of.
I have been researching these forums looking for any kind of solution and I can't find any. How do I fix this?
