I have requested 1 units of item A of unit measure code of (box) , so those shipping want to ship 6 units of item A of unit of measure code (pcs) 6pcs make one box.

so i added a new column to indentify what unit of measure was to be shipped but i get an error of qty to ship is more that qty
how can i achieve this ?

It seems that there is a problem with the Base Unit of Measure setting. Please check the following settings first.

It would be helpful if you could share screenshots or code of your customization. It seems like its not correctly updating all the quantity fields. However, instead of customizing, have you considered just changing the unit of measure code field?
