Email templates not visible in campaigns

Hi,

I'm facing an issue where email templates are not visible on creating campaigns.However, the same template is visible in quick campaign. Is there something i'm missing?

Please help me with this problem as I am unable to figure it out .

they are all in the English language.

Could it be language issue? Because templates can be created based on the configured language.

Hi Andreas, it is a global template but still doesn't come appear in the campaign.

Maybe your email template does not fit the target entity of your campaign. Is it global or like account or contact email template?
