Option 1: If you have an active Azure subscription, just click the link I've provided and a page appears. The page is an Azure VM template where you can set what Business Central image you want, credentials to use and so on. After that, a VM provisioning starts and you'll have a full working D365BC machines with all the development tools in place and ready to use.
Option 2: this is if you want to run locally. You can install Docker for Windows (on your machine or on your local server) and then in the link I've provided you can pull a docker container with the Business Central image you want.
