Hi,
Is it possible to create a new order and select products using Mobile Express?
It is read-only presently, is this functionality maybe available in a newer rollup?

No not possible. Mobile Express is fairly limited on what it can do. Only some of the out of the box entities allow creating new records. This unfortunately doesn't change with a later rollup version.
Thanks Jason, this answers my question. Can you elaborate on which OOB entities support the creation of new records?
