Dynamics 365 App for Outlook open by default

I have enabled Dynamics 365 App for Outlook for users. They all use outlook for O365 online and have to click the icon ever time to open the app. Is there a way to enable this by default to be kept open when they select an email similar to how the body of the email is open in the preview panel by default. Even though the image bellow is for outlook desktop client. I want the same for both desktop and online.

    I also would like to know if this is possible. Great app - but frustrating UX if it has to be opened every time.

    Hi,

    as far as I know it isn't possible to open it automatically.

    There is no such feature it seems . If you can write some outlook plugin then we can achieve it. If you are familiar with this then follow the url to create and load the D365 app on-load.
