Hi Team,

I am trying to assist a partner who wants to update their CRM ID because the company name has recently changed. Any ideas how to do that?

Is that something that can be done in the MPN or can they do that on their end? Would you know who to contact to help with that?

I am not sure if this is possible. And if at all it is possible, then that can be only Microsoft team. Raise Microsoft support ticket to get this done at back end.

Assuming you're online it should be possible via the Office 365 Admin portal.

crmtipoftheday.com/.../rename-that-organization
