we are quite new in using dynamics field service and have an issue booking resources.
Especially when it comes to the following:
I have a bookable resource booking which I d like to book manually without the original duration dictating it - just like in an Excel Spread Sheet.
Workflow:
I select a bookable resource booking and a resource and I then select the star and end date.
Currently it seems that with selecting the start date it pulls automatically the duration for the entire thing and fills the end date. I d love to have the freedom to select start and end date separately to book everything manually since we have 1 Workorder which id like to book different resources for just smaller bits of the entire work.
I hope that i could explain it properly and look forward to any help concerning this issue.
