Dear All
We have 200 Open Transactions which are Showing Open in General Journal when we are login through Admin Module but the same is invisible if we entered through normal user.
Need your support to enable user right so as to able view of the same from normal user
We are using Ax 2012 R3

Hi,
Can you check if the journals are marked to be private for a single user or private for a user group? Another option might be that a security policy is active, but this is not standard functionality. For that you need to verify in the AOT if there are custom policies on general journals.
