Report I'm working with a customer to configure the Who knows Whom feature, but we have issues getting the Exchange Integration working although all prerequisites are met.
Now Microsoft Support is saying that we need to create a Microsoft Graph Connector based on this line:
However, nowhere in the documentation this is explained or even mentioned. Also, a Fasttrack Architect mentioned that this information is wrong and connection graph is not needed.
Can anyone with a working Who knows Whom feature based on Exchange (so with Sales Premium license) confirm whether this connection graph is needed or not?
