Once my approval request is approved, there is no feedback notification received

Hi all:

I already made proper setup in 'Notification setup'.

I submit the document to someone, he can see the notification in his window, and then make approval.

I can not see anything in my notification window after that, I can only open the document to check the approval status.

Not sure which setup step I missed? thank you.

    Requires the email notification type for you to receive something back I believe

    Thanks for the reply, so I need to change Notification Method to 'Email' instead of 'Note'?

    It seems for my version 2018, there is not setup for workflow response to send notifications to the approval requestor, am I correct?
