CRM on premise vs 8.1.0.97 with outlook client.

When typing in a name in a lookup field and there are multiple matches the exclamation point warning appears with notification of more than one match.

When using the hour glass to then select the correct instance of a name the selected instance appears to get to the form but the exclamation warning does not disappear. This seem to only happen when updating /creating record via Outlook Client and issue is sporadic
