I'm afraid it is impossible.
I would recommend you hide the original Product Property, then create a new Product Property without the rad option.
Overwrite the original Product Property, cheng Hidden to Yes. Save.
Then create a new Product Property, which is the same as the hidden one, except that the Red option is not created.
This way, the new Product Property will replace the original one, and the new Product Property does not has Red option, and the existing Red option of the original Product Property are not affected by the new Product Property.
