How to define search field target? CRM 2011

When I am setting a "set regarding field", a Look Up Record -webpage Dialog opens.

The problem is that the Search fields targets only Account name and Account number fields. How can I change it to target a Primary contact field too?

    Hi....

    You'll need to specify the field (Column) in the right view.

    You will need to change the "Add Find Columns" in the Advanced Find view (You'll need to be able to customise the system) to include the field you want to search on.
