Neglected leads - there's 30 - but how do I get any detail

If I run the neglected leads Report: I can have a bar chart that shows me the count per owner or per lead source. Is that it?

Should I be able to drill down and see the detail.  If I click on a bar in the chart I get an error

Reporting Error: The report cannot be displayed.

    We've got the 2013 version with the spring add on (SP1) - it's an on-premise install
