Save, Cancel and clear buttons on sales order on POS

Hi, All

I have two stores, the first one work fine with sales order on pos but on the second one i can't find (Save, Cancel and clear buttons) on it

any advice ?

Mohamed,

Are both stores using the same screen layout? Screen layout checks the user id first, then the register, then the store. It only moves to the next one if it can't find a setting on the one previous. Could it be that one of these has a different setting?

I figure it out, the problem was in windows resolution, after i changed the windows resolution the (save, cancel and clear buttons) appeared
