re-printing GL General Posting Journal

I accidentally closed the GL general Posting Journal window before printing. Is there a way on the back-end to reprint using the Batch ID #?

To update my previous reply, I did find the posting info using Cross Reference using Source Document from : ARCRJ - CRJ. There's probably a better way, but I found that it DID post.

    Thanks

I tried to access my lost General Journal Posting this morning by using the Cross Reference and only got a blank journal report - no matter which options or exclusions I chose.

    Hello Sergio,

Frank is correct in his post. You should be able to use the Cross Reference report to re-print the postinf journal.

Let us know if you have any further questions on this.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Dan Moore

Unless I'm missing something, BACHNUMB is not an available column in GL20000.  You could however use the Account Transactions SmartList, add the Batch Number column to it and then filter on your Batch ID.

    Hope this helps,

You can use the Batch ID to get Journal Numbers from GL20000 if you don't know these.

Re: re-printing GL General Posting Journal

If you know the journal entry number, yoiu can reprint the posting journal via Financial>>Reports>>Cross Reference.  Yes, it's a strange name for a JE reprint report.

Otherwise, no, there is no way to reprint from the back end.  Unless it's a recurring batch, after posting, the Batch ID is not retained.

    Hope this helps,
