Import new contacts from Outlook, Excel, LinkedIN

Hello.

Company wants to import additional contacts into CRM because some of the contacts are not there yet. Sales Managers have contacts in different sources: Outlook, Excel and LinkedIN (there might be more). What would be the best way (least manual effort) to import these additional contacts to CRM?

Is it a good idea to export Contacts data template from CRM and add contacts to that template from different sources and then import the template back to CRM?

    Hi JP,

You can import contacts direct from Excel into Dynamics,

    www.microsoft.com/.../import-contacts.aspx

You can also import contacts direct from Outlook using the free outlook crm plugin.

    www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

You can then use this to import LinkedIn contacts

    www.linkedin.com/static

    Hope this helps
