Hi All,
My clinet sells the Gift vouchers and give at free of Cost ( if Customer purchase More than specified amount).
Assume that Customer purchased $10000 value of Items and customer will have the $ 1000 Gift voucher at free means customer will not pay any money for voucher. I will give the Gift voucher as 100 % discount means in the Bill gift voucher amount will show as Zero . Next time when customer purchases $ 5000 value of items , customer will give the money of $ 4000 , reedem the Giftvoucher of $ 1000 , then In the tender type when i enter the $ 1000 system throws following error .
The included voucher has insufficient balance of 0.00 ,so the tender amount will be changed.
How to resolve the Problem ?
My question is How can i give the Gift voucher at free of cost to customer and later how can reedem with value ?
Please throw some light about this .
