Issue when printing checks in AX 2012 R3

Hi,

Today when printing checks in AX, I realized my print outs don't show details in slip copy portion (the screenshot one the left). Because checks need to be printed ASAP, I voided the check that don't have details, then print again. This time the print out has details (the screenshot on the right). Please let me know what I did wrong so I can avoid ...

    Hi Thai,

    The major factor that drive the payment advice is the Number of slip copies on check layout. Maybe someone changed it when the check was printed last time.
