Hi All,
Is anyone out there working with Dynamics 365 and Time Entry's on cases. We need to be able to decrease entitlements with these time entry's and bill the customer month per month. We have a demo environment and I can't seem to find where or how the entitlements are decreased, can this be done using workflow?
I thought about creating a new entity linked to cases and then having workflow on this decrease the entitlements however, I cannot find the workflow or action when a case is resolved to add this to my new entity.
Any thoughts or guidance would be appreciated.
