ReportHello,
We are having a problem with our SOP Blank Invoice Word Template. I am able to successfully print the template or I am able to successfully email the template (as a PDF). But if I try to both print and email, the invoice will email successfully, but the printed version prints an empty template (it is the same whether I print to screen, printer, or save to a file). When this happens the template layout is correct, there is just no data in the report.
I've double checked all the modified report/template security, even though I don't think that is the problem since I am able to successfully get the report.
Some of the time, but not everytime, I get an error message about the Noraml.dotm being edited by another Word session. Because this is not happening all the time, I'm not sure where this fits into the problem.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
