Hi All,
I am storing a URL in a field in Account entity. URLs will be different for each account and I want this url to be picked automatically in the emails that are sent via a worlkflow.
I want to understand how do I update the email template so that the URLs are updated dynamically and sent.

As you post the issue in Marketing forum, I'd like to confirm whether you want to send an activity email or a marketing email.
You can click on the personalization icon that appears when you are editing URL field for the link (in text) or button, then access the field that has the URL (in Real time marketing, the UI will let you pick from a previously defined dynamic text or define a new one).
