Reports not pulling in all the rows

Hey, I am working on posted purchase invoice in BC. I had to make it from scratch because there was no default report for me to edit. 

When I made this report it only shows one line while we have multiple lines of data. Normally in the default reports it can make multiple rows. Do you have any idea what is wrong.

    Hi, This could have many situations.
    Dataitem problem, Layout problem, etc.

    It is recommended that you copy the standard code and Layout files, and then modify them.

    The following is the standard code and layout file, hoping to give you some help.
