Hi,
I'm try to to upgrade from GP 2010 release 11.0.2390 to GP 2013 R2
When i attempt to run the utility it throw the version check error message , In the duinstall file has the following messages:
0 does not support upgrading from version 11.0.2390
309 does not support upgrading from version 11.0.2353
Not sure if i missed any step within the upgrade

Is your 2013 patched high enough?
