SSRS: get count of two equal row values after filter

I have the following table (Dataset2):

I want to filter first by CJ_ID from the value of ID on Dataset1 (Primary dataset) then count all rows where ACCOUNT_ID = AGENT_ID

Any answers will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Which app and entity are you using? And are you using Sql query or Fetch XML?
