Carrier Pro not showing up on sales order inquiry screen

When I go into a sales order and put in the Carrier Pro it saves it. However, in the regular inquiry screen nothing shows up and, when I export onto an excel spreadsheet for my open order report it does not come over. I have to go into each order and manually copy and paste them.

Thank you for coming back to us. You need to work with your partner or developer that owns the code to find out about this customization that does not exist in standard. Maybe someone else in community knows about this specific customization and can work with you.
