Carrier Pro not showing up on sales order inquiry screen

When I go into a sales order and put in the Carrier Pro it saves it. However, in the regular inquiry screen nothing shows up and, when I export onto an excel spreadsheet for my open order report it does not come over. I have to go into each order and manually copy and paste them.
